Delhi : It appears that the trend of rings is about to take over the wearables market, following the trends of wristbands and watches. Samsung now seems prepared to enter the fray with its own ring, which may be called the Galaxy Ring because no name has yet been given to it.

Pocket-Lint study, the release date will probably occur in Q3 2024. According to reports from July, Samsung might start mass production as early as August 2023, but the procedure is drawn out and difficult because it requires medical-grade certifications, which could take a year. If everything goes according to plan, the ring might make its debut early next summer during the Unpacked event when the new foldables are introduced—the last one was delayed July 26, 2023.

The ring is anticipated to have a variety of hardware and functionality, such as a blood flow monitor, pulse monitor, and ECG capability for atrial fibrillation detection. According to Pocket-Lint, Samsung may be receiving the circuit boards from a Japanese business called Meiko. Early patents have led to inferences about the properties of the ECG, blood flow and pulse monitoring. Even smart household equipment may be able to be controlled by the ring.

Please keep in mind that all of this is conjecture based on bits of knowledge that some sources have access to. There is currently no official word on it, and Samsung hasn't made any statements regarding whether or not such a ring would truly be released.
