Delhi : The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2023 featured a live demonstration of the new voice assistant "Hey Disney!," which was developed by Las Vegas, Amazon, and Disney.

According to an Amazon blog post, the "first-of-its-kind" voice assistant would give users access to "a wide spectrum of Disney fun" both through Echo devices at home and as a free service at some Disney Resort hotels.

The Alexa Unique Assistant, a speech artificial intelligence (AI) framework upon which the business could quickly construct its own custom voice assistant that coexists with Alexa, was used by Disney to develop this experience.

Hey Disney is the voice of this new voice assistant, dubbed the "Disney Magical Companion," according to Amazon.

Within the next few months, this new service will be offered for sale in the US.

Customers will be able to use Echo smart speakers in their homes and Disney Resort hotel rooms to access the service.

Additionally, it will support the Disney MagicBand+, a sophisticated and engaging wearable that "visitors utilize at Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort to participate with performances, access the park," among other things.

Hey Disney! is a first-of-its-kind voice assistant, continuing Disney's long history of employing technology to offer the trendiest, most practical experiences to enhance your vacation, according to Dan Soto, vice president of technology and digital at Disney.
