Delhi : As part of its strategy to increase the variety of T-series smartphones available in India, Vivo is preparing to launch the T2 5G series there. Preliminary details that have appeared on a Flipkart microsite confirm that the phone will soon be released. The Vivo T2 5G's design has also been teased, showing that it would have a dual rear camera system with a waterdrop notch on its display that is aligned in the middle. Vivo has also revealed that the T2 5G would be powered by a Snapdragon SoC, though more information on the chipset has not yet been released.

On April 9th, the chipset's name will be revealed. The T2 5G will include two rear cameras, including an LED flash that is housed in two circular modules on the back of the phone, according to the website. But, it won't be until April 7th that the precise camera characteristics are made public.

Also, the Vivo T2 5G is anticipated to include a display with a waterdrop notch that is aligned in the middle with power and volume keys on the right side of the phone. On April 5th, more details regarding the display, including its dimensions and resolution, will be made public.

The Vivo T2 5G phone was recently discovered in the Google Play Console database, identified as Vivo V2222. According to the listing, the phone would include a full-HD+ waterdrop notch display, a Snapdragon 695 CPU, 8GB of Memory, and 128GB of storage. Also, it is rumoured that Android 13 will power the device. Two storage options for the Vivo T2 5G are anticipated: 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

The Vivo T2 5G is anticipated to be the model that replaces the Vivo T1 5G, which was introduced in 2017. The previous model has a 6.58-inch full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate, as well as a Snapdragon 695 5G SoC.
