Delhi : After the popularity of the Poco F4, Indian fans of the Poco F series of smartphones are anxiously expecting the following model. The F5 series is anticipated to offer both vanilla and Pro variants this year, despite the firm not releasing a Pro variation of the F4 last year.

The Poco F5 and Poco F5 Pro will presumably be renamed Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Redmi K60, respectively. The former item has already received approval from the Bureau of Indian Standards, while the Pro variant has been detected in the IMEI database. These approvals imply that India will at least see the release of the vanilla version. However, a fresh leak by trusted informant Kacper Skrzypek raises questions about the Poco's release.

Because there are currently no ROMs (MIUI builds) available for an Indian device variant, Kacper Skrzypek asserts that the Poco F5 Pro is unlikely to be released in India. He points out that the codename "mondrian," which is used for the Chinese Redmi K60 model and the international POCO F5 Pro model, has no India ROMs. Since India receives a unique MIUI build, Poco differentiates its Indian models from its global versions, including the software. It's crucial to remember that this information does not provide proof that the smartphone will not be released in India.
