ISIS sends message to Cameron, beheads British hostage David Haines

- In another brutal act, ISIS posted a video showing beheading of British hostage David Haines
- The Islamic State jihadist group claimed it as the third execution in recent weeks
- Earlier, they had beheaded two US journalists
- The two-minute-27-second video has been titled as "A Message to the Allies of America"
- It blames British Prime Minister David Cameron for joining hands with America
- "You entered voluntarily into a coalition with the United States against the Islamic State, just as your predecessor Tony Blair did, following a trend amongst our British prime ministers who can't find the courage to say no to the Americans," the executioner says in the video.
- He also warned another execution of British national if no precautionary steps are taken
- Hanes had been hostage since March 2013
- Sotloff and fellow US journalist James Foley had also been kidnapped in Syria.
- ISIS had released a video claiming Foley's execution on August 19
- Sotloff's video was released two weeks later on September 2.
