"Leave Kharkiv immediately": Advisory to Indian nationals stuck in Ukraine
New Delhi : The Indian Embassy in Ukraine issued two urgent advisory for Indian nationals stuck in Ukraine. It asked the nationals in Kharkiv to leave from there immediately and reach Pesochin, Babaye or Bezlyudovka settlements immediately under all circumstances by 6pm.
The deadline has been given based on the inputs from the Russian inputs. The advisory was tweeted by the Indian Embassy on Twitter.
Second advisory was issued an hour later, asking Indian nationals to leave immediately and reach the safe points, even "proceed on foot".
"Weekend curfew lifted in Kyiv. All students are advised to make their way to the railway station for onward journey to western parts. Ukraine Railways is putting special trains for evacuations," the second advisory read.
Nearly, 6000 Indian nationals have been brought back to India from war-struck Ukraine. Indian government is making all efforts to bring back its citizens safely.
Since the air space in Ukraine is closed for passenger flights, the evacuation is being done via neighbouring nations Romania, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.
Indian government is bringing students back under Operation Ganga.
