New Delhi : Wars have never resulted in anything productive and a recent example for that is AN-225 Mriya – world's biggest cargo plane in Ukraine. The nation has reported that it has been destroyed by the Russian men, but Mriya will fly again soon.

The restoration of the plane will cost around USD 3 billion and a lot of time, said Ukraine.



About AN-225 Mriya

The plane is the longest and heaviest aeroplane ever built. Made in 1980s, the plane is capable of holding up to 640 tons of cargo. Mriya in Ukraine means 'Dream', the plane was manufactured by Ukrainian aeronautics company Antonov.

What happened to Mriya?

The plane has burned to ashes in shelling by the Russian troops at Hostomel Airport outside Kyiv.
