After video goes viral, 2 girls hugging on moving scooty fined Rs 33,000

New Delhi : Holi celebrations were seen across the nation. While some played colours responsibly, there were some who got carried away with the vibe and forgot to follow the safety rules. 2 Noida girls were fined a hefty Rs 33,000 after their video of hugging each other on a moving scooty went viral on social media.

In the viral video, the girls can be seen sitting on a scooty facing each other as they perform an intimate act of putting colours on each other. The video came to the notice of traffic authorities who have issued a challan of Rs 33,000 for breaking the rules.

"Taking cognisance of the above complaint, action has been taken against the concerned vehicle for violation of traffic rules by issuing e-challan (fine ₹33000/-) as per rules," the Noida Police responded to the post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Following the action, people on social media shared their reactions and thanked Noida Police for taking strict action on them.
