New Delhi : On Sunday, Rajasthan Royals leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal equaled a massive record in the Indian Premier League (IPL) by claiming 4/29 against Sunrisers Hyderabad, becoming the joint highest wicket-taker in IPL history with former Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Dwayne Bravo. Yuzvendra Chahal - 183 wickets

Yuzvendra Chahal, the leg-spinner of Rajasthan Royals, picked up 4/29 and became the joint highest wicket-taker in IPL history with 183 wickets in 142 matches, matching former Chennai Super Kings all-rounder Dwayne Bravo's record. Chahal is one wicket away from surpassing Bravo's mark.

Piyush Chawla - 174 wickets

As of now, Mumbai Indians leg-spinner Piyush Chawla has taken 174 IPL wickets from 174 matches. He is presently the fourth highest wicket-taker in IPL 2023 with 17 scalps.

Amit Mishra - 172 wickets

To date, the leg-spinner of Lucknow Super Giants, Amit Mishra, has taken 172 wickets in 160 IPL matches.

Ravichandran Ashwin - 171 wickets
