Delhi : The new, sporty scooter from the Pune-based two-wheeler manufacturer, the Hero Maestro Xoom 110cc, will go on sale on January 30, 2023. The scooter will be available in three variants: LX, VX, and ZX, according to the NCAT document. The model's overall dimensions are 1881mm (LX and VX), 717mm (LX and VX)/731mm (ZX), and 1117mm, respectively. The wheelbase of all three variations is 1300mm, which is 39mm longer than the Maestro Edge.

While the Maestro Xoom is larger and longer than the Maestro Edge, it is also 71mm shorter. With a gross vehicle weight of 238kg (LX and VX)/239kg, it is a little lighter (ZX). According to the paper, the scooter would be powered by the same 110.9cc engine as the Hero Maestro Edge.

The motor's maximum output is 8 horsepower and 8.7 pound-feet of torque using a CVT gearbox. The switchable i3S technology and engine start/stop capability have improved it.The new Hero 110cc scooter's suspension system will include a telescopic fork up front and a standard shock absorber at the back. The front and rear axles' drum brakes will provide stopping power.

The new Hero 110cc scooter will have huge LED headlamps with X-shaped LED DRLs (daytime running lights) and taillamps with X-shaped graphics, according to the official teaser. It's interesting to note that the Hero Maestro Xoom 110cc will be the first vehicle from the manufacturer to use 12-inch front and rear alloy wheels.

The scooter will have a fully digital dash with Bluetooth connectivity, notifications, turn-by-turn navigation, a USB phone charger, an odometer, trip metres, and a stop/start option. It will undoubtedly cost more because the new Hero Maestro Xoom 110cc will be a higher-end model than the Maestro Edge. Currently, the Maestro Edge costs Rs 66,820 for the Drum model and Rs 73,498 for the Disc variant.
