Introducing 3 new Ather Electric scooters: Prices, range, and features
Delhi : The 450S and two 450X versions from Ather Energy, each with unique battery packs and features, have been unveiled in the nation. The pricing of the Ather 450X with the 2.9kWh and 3.7kWh batteries is Rs 1,38,000 while the cost of the 450S is Rs 1,29,999. In Bengaluru, all of the prices listed are ex-showroom costs. Ather 450S
Two battery options, 2.9 kWh and 3.7 kWh, are available for the new 450S model and offer ranges of 111 km and 150 km, respectively. A 6.4kW electric motor is attached to both battery packs. It has an electronic speed limit of 90 kmph, and a full charge takes 8 hours and 36 minutes. A new 7.0-inch DeepView Display is included with the 450S.
Ather 450X – 2.9kWh
This electric scooter has a 5.4kW motor and a 2.9kWh battery pack. The system claims to have a top speed of 90 kmph and a range of 115 kilometers on a single charge. It can charge its battery pack in 8 hours, 36 minutes. The DeepView Display is replaced by a 7.0-inch touchscreen in this version.
Ather 450X – 3.7kWh
With a larger battery and 6.4 kW electric motor, the 450X is said to have a 150 km range. Charge time for this model is five hours and forty-five minutes. Its top speed, which is 90kmph (2.9kWh), is the same as the 450S and 450X. Additionally, a 7.0-inch touchscreen is included.
New Ather Electric Scooters – Common Features
Telescopic front forks and a monoshock suspension system are features shared by all three variations. Single front and rear disc brakes are used for braking. Additionally, the electric scooters have a combined and regenerative braking system. These cars come with 12-inch alloy wheels with 100/80 tubeless tires on the back and 90/90 tubeless tires up front. The sharp side creases, handlebar cowl-mounted turn indicators, and integrated LED headlight on the apron are some of the design features.
Pro Pack and Riding Modes
The Pro Pack, which adds another Rs 20,000 to the price, is available with the new Ather electric scooters. The features in this bundle include navigation, inter-city parking, coasting regen, ride metrics, guide-me-home lighting, and theft notifications. The 450X variations of the Ather 450S have five riding modes, including SmartEco, Eco, Ride, Sport, and Warp, as opposed to the 450S's four riding modes, SmartEco, Eco, Ride, and Sport.
