Delhi : At 3,25,977 units, TVS Motor Company recorded a 4% increase in total sales for the month of July. The company reported total sales of 3,14,639 units in the same month a year ago. In July of 2022, it sold 2,99,658 two-wheelers; in July of 2018, it sold 3,12,307 units, an increase of 4%. Sales of domestic two-wheelers increased by 17% last month. From 2,01,942 units in July 2022 to 2,35,230 units last month, it climbed. The company had a 2% increase in motorcycle sales, going from 150,340 units in July 2022 to 153,942 units last month.

TVS Motor's scooter sales increased by 5% from 116,500 units in the same month last year to 121,941 units in July 2023. The company recorded sales of 89,213 units for exports last month as opposed to 112,032 units sold in July 2022. In July of last year, there were 77,077 two-wheeler exports as opposed to 97,716 in July of 2022.

The company's electric scooter, the iQube, had a resoundingly positive response from EV consumers, with sales of 13,306 units last month as opposed to 6,304 units in the same month previous year. The e-scooter has sold 150,000 units, which is a significant milestone. The scooter is currently offered in 196 cities and more than 316 touch locations. Additionally, Nepal, a neighboring nation, offers it. Sales of the company's three-wheelers decreased to 13,670 units in July 2023 from 14,981 units in July 2022.
