Delhi : The mid-spec Maruti Fronx versions have been spotted at a dealer facility ahead of its introduction and pricing announcement in India, which are scheduled to begin at 10 am. The Baleno-based coupe SUV, which was introduced at the Auto Expo 2023, is now available for Rs. 11,000 in reservations.


Variants and colour choices for the Maruti Fronx

The Maruti Fronx was spotted in two variations, including Delta and Delta+, as may be seen in the photos here. The model will be offered in five different variations and eight different colour schemes, the latter of which includes monochromatic and two-tone paint treatments.


New Fronx Delta version

The Maruti Fronx Delta comes equipped with a seven-inch SmartPlay touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, OTA updates, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, steering-mounted controls, steel wheels with wheel covers, halogen projector headlamps, tilt-adjustable steering wheel, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, a seat-belt reminder system, and a speed alert system.


2023 Fronx Delta+ variation

The new Fronx base variant differs from the Delta variant it is built on in that it includes extra features including LED DRLs, LED headlamps, alloy wheels, and automatic headlamps with a follow-me-home function.


Fronx gearbox and engine

Two engines will be available for the Fronx, including a 1.0-liter Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine and a 1.2-liter NA petrol engine. The former is set to produce 89 horsepower and 113 pound-feet of torque, while the turbo-petrol model makes 99 horsepower and 147 pound-feet. Three different types of transmissions are available: an AMT, a six-speed torque converter automatic, and a five-speed manual transmission.
