Introducing the updated 2023 MG Hector facelift: A look at all the new features
Delhi : The 2023 MG Hector makeover, which now includes a number of additional amenities, was introduced by MG Motor India. Since its 2019 launch, the SUV has been the company's primary volume generator. It has always been an SUV with a tonne of goodies, but in its revised form, it dramatically ups the ante by sporting the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) level 2 technology and 11 functions.
Hector facelift of 2023 comes in 5-, 6-, and 7-seater variations. The cabin is finished in wood and has a dual-tone argil brown and black theme. The 7-seater vehicle has bench seats, whereas the SUV's second row has captain seats in the 6-seat configuration.
Hector 2023 receives a new user interface and a 14-inch HD portrait infotainment system, which is the largest for any SUV in India. It includes a digital Bluetooth Key and Key Sharing features that are industry firsts. More than 75 linked functionalities, including 100 voice commands, are now available with i-Smart technology. Voice commands are available in five Indian languages to control the sunroof, ambient lights, and navigation. Additionally, there are more than 50 Hinglish commands.
Six airbags, a 360-degree HD camera, an electronic stability programme, traction control, hill aid, four disc brakes, three-point seat belts for all seats, an automatic parking brake, and front parking sensors are all standard on the 2023 MG Hector facelift.
MG Hector 2023 has auto turn indications and traffic jam aid thanks to ADAS level 2 technology. The SUV has automatic turn signals as well.
The basic 5+5+5 package offered by the MG SHIELD ownership programme with the MG Hector facelift comprises a five-year, unlimited-mileage warranty, five years of roadside assistance, and five labor-free periodic services.
