Delhi : He forwarded an email that suggested a sunroof with loose rubber on another Scorpio-N might be the cause of the same leak in that vehicle. Later Panwar claims he is unhappy with Mahindra for making a video to oppose him rather than contacting him and asking what happened. He stated, "I understand the car is from the first batch of vehicles that Mahindra delivered and could have had problems, but instead of taking the input the company went after me to discredit me and imply that I may have done anything to the car to gain views," he claimed.

The YouTuber noted in his video that he is glad that a large company like Mahindra took the time to respond to him, but he also realises that the way they went about it is not ideal. He asserted that the argument is ridiculous because he never brought up the problem with the Scorpio-design N's sunroof or accused Mahindra of wrongdoing in the first place. He said that his case was simple: the sunroof rubber on his specific vehicle was faulty, causing it to leak.

According to Panwar, the whole point of the movie was to show that his Scorpio-N had a manufacturing defect and that not every Scorpio-N in the country would have the same problem.

Then he requests that Mahindra representatives visit their service centres and count the number of brand-new Scorpio-N cars that exhibit problems that are the same as or worse than those reported. He claims that his goal was not to malign the company. His primary objective was to discover what caused it.

In order to close the sunroof, three passengers in another Scorpio-N ask Alexa in a quick video that he shared later.

In the same video, the sunroof rubber, according to Panwar, is also loose and has a gap. He added that if this particular car were driven next to a waterfall, it would leak. A second video of an Audi with the same leaky sunroof was then uploaded by him.

With the qualification that if an Audi can have that, why not a Mahindra, he added.

Also, he posted a video of a Scorpio-N with a blank infotainment screen. By uploading a video of another Scorpio-N, Mahindra may have concluded that the guy has done something wrong if his infotainment screen is functional but the one in the video isn't.
