Inspirean, the company that was prepared to face the pandemic

New Delhi : Since the first months of 2020, the world has been shaken by the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic. An economic and health crisis hit companies around the globe, causing losses of millions of dollars that continue to present days.

The pandemic is a challenge for businesses all over the world, and also is an opportunity for a few enterprises. One of them is Inspirean, a company that provides many consulting services to help customers to become better leaders of themselves and their businesses through our two-pronged approach focusing on both skillset (marketing, sales, operations) and mindset (leadership, self-mastery).

This firm has managed decentralized work environments and virtual teams since 2018, enabling a better preparation to withstand the pandemic. Also, they closed their physical offices and transferred the business to online services. All this happened after two years of rapidly scaling to over $40M in sales and a partnership loss, which led to eventually buying out my partner and rebranding the company.

The role of the CEO and founder, Keala Kanae, was fundamental to making the company ready to overcome a major challenge such as the pandemic. With features on Forbes, Huff Post, Entrepreneur, ABC News, and more than 7 awards from Clickfunnels including their coveted Centurion Award for doing more than $50M in sales on his way to $100M, Keala forged a leadership that allowed him to stand firm in the face of adversity.

“Great leaders are those who can stay calm during the storm; remain poised, not poisoned, and convey confidence in adversity. They take none of the credit but all of the blame as they empower their teams to do what needs to be done regardless of the hours, circumstances, or workloads needed to achieve critical outcomes”, said the American entrepreneur who had years of experience in online marketing, sales funnels, and affiliate marketing.

For Keala, the compliance with some steps helped him to stay afloat from the onset of the pandemic. One of them is not surrendering to the struggle because for him building a business is hard and there will be periods of self-doubt, uncertainty, fear, criticism, loneliness, disbelief, and a whole host of other things that make most people cower. “Leaders don’t have that luxury. Find peace in the struggle”, recommend Keala.

Others are the preparation for chaos, enhancing and innovating their businesses constantly, the learning to see the hidden order in the apparent chaos when the challenges forge a successful entrepreneur with the character and mind required to achieve his big ambition, the learning to interpret and appreciate the data, where a good analysis of a company's statistics derive to meaningful decisions with measurable outcomes, and the identifying when to get comfortable to do nothing because is important to stop the progress as the situation is unclear.

Therefore, Keala’s leadership and experience led Inspirean to be the only company of its kind that focuses on both skillset and mindset as a dual approach to business growth, professional growth, self-mastery, and leadership.
