RRB Recruitment 2018: Apply for 26502 Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) & Technician Vacancies

New Delhi : Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) of Indian Railways has released a notification for the recruitment of 26502 Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) and Technician on its official website, www.indianrailways.gov.in. Interested candidates can apply on or before March 5. 

The Indian Railways has released 17,673 vacancies for the post of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) with a minimum pay scale of Rs 19,990. And for the post of Technicians, a total number of 8,829 vacancies have been released by the RRB with a minimum pay scale of Rs 19,990. Candidates who have completed matriculation/ SSLC with ITI/diploma of engineering can apply for the vacancies.

Selection Process of Indian Railways Recruitment 2018

The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of a Common Computer Based Test (CBT), Aptitude Test and Document Verification.

Examination Fee of RRB Recruitment 2018

Candidates applying under general and OBC category will have to pay Rs 500 as exam fee while for the reserved categories, the fee is Rs 250.

Age Limit

Candidates applying need to be between 18-28 years as on July 1, 2018. Meanwhile, age relaxation is admissible by 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Pwd (UR), 13 years for PwD (OBC) and 15 years for PwD (SC/ ST) candidates.
