SSC CHSL 2019: Application process begins, last date to apply April 5

New Delhi : The SSC CHSL 2019 application process has started from Tuesday (March 5), last date to apply for the examination is April 5, 2019. The registered candidates can make payments till April 7, 2019.

The official notification for the combined higher secondary level (CHSL) was advertised on the official SSC website- ssc.nic.in.

Interested candidates are advised to visit the official website and register for the examination which seeks to recruit people in central government departments.

The SSC notification reads, “The Staff Selection Commission will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators for various Ministries/ Departments/ Offices of the Government of India.”

Check out the steps to fill SSC CHSL 2019 application form:

Step 1: Visit the SSC official website- ssc.nic.in.

Step 2: Register using the login tab and then click on the New User. If one has already registered, then one may simply login from the home page.

Step 3: Enter the details such as name, DoB, signature, photograph, etc.

Step 4: Click on the ‘apply online’ tab.

Step 5: Select the CHSL tab and hit Apply.

Candidates are required to give a fee of Rs 100. The SSC CHSL 2019 exam will be held from July 1 to July 26. The Tier 2 examination will be held on September 29.
