New Delhi : Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) successfully conducted National Eligibility Test (NET) Exam on behalf of the University Grants Commission (UGC) in the month of January 2017. A huge number of candidates applied and appeared for the exam.
According to latets reports, The CBSE is likely to declare the results of CBSE UGC NET 2017 today, 10 May, on its official website, cbsenet.nic.in. Aspirants can check UGC Net Exam results 2017 on its official website.
Earlier this month, CBSE has released the answer keys for UGC NET Exam 2017 on its official website cbsenet.nic.in.
The delay in the CBSE UGC NET Jan Result 2017 is due to the various competitive exam in the pipeline and CBSE is declaring the result one by one.
How to Check CBSE UGC NET Results 2017:
1. Aspirants have to login the CBSE official website, cbse.nic.in
2. click on the link, 'Check CBSE UGC NET Jan Results 2017
3. Enter your details and submit the same.
4. The results will be displayed on the screen.
5. Candidates can take a printout for future use.
Candidates who qualify the UGC Test for eligibility for Assistant Professor will be appointed as per the rules and regulations for recruitment of Assistant Professor of the concerned universities/ colleges/state governments.
About CBSE UGC NET:
UGC (University Grants Commission) is a statutory organisation established by the union government in 1956. Its main objective is to provide recognition to the Indian universities and provide funds to such recognised universities and colleges.
CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) now conducts this exam on behalf of UGC for the post of Lecturer and for providing the JRF for Indian nationals in order to ensure minimum standards for the entrants in the teaching profession and in research.
