Rhea Chakraborty waves towards media after getting arrested

Mumbai : Actress Rhea Chakraborty has been arrested after confessing of buying and consuming drugs during the interrogation by NCB in a drug-related case linked to Sushant Singh Rajput.

While she was stepping out from the building, where interrogation was being done, she waved towards the media, which mobbed her a day before with mics and cameras.

Her wave towards the cameras is being seen as the gesture that she will fight back.

When she arrived at the building where the NCB officials were waiting today, Ms Chakraborty was seen in a black t-shirt with a message: "Roses are red, violets are blue, let's smash the patriarchy, me and you."

According to a news report, she apparently confessed to buying drugs after she was confronted with her brother by the NCB.

The 28-year-old actor, named as an accused in the CBI investigation into Mr Rajput's death on June 14, had earlier denied consuming drugs. Her brother Showik Chakraborty was arrested last week.
