New Delhi : There have been speculations on why Shah Rukh Khan is not on any OTT platform; some even claimed that he does not want to downgrade his image by coming to OTTs. But King Khan had other plans; he has announced his new OTT platform SRK+.

Surprising his fans and followers, Shah Rukh Khan on Tuesday announced the new platform with a tweet; he wrote: "Kuch kuch hone wala hai, OTT ki duniya mein."


Recently, Shah Rukh Khan had announced beginning of shoot of his upcoming movie Pathan. "Ok boys and girls time to get back to work. Have loads of stuff to finish…YRF and Sid make me work too much. Thank you again for loving #Pathaan so much on behalf of everyone. Will see you soon. Love u all," he had written in another tweet.


Shah Rukh Khan had been away from big screens for more than two years now. He was last seen in the movie 'Zero'.
