New Delhi : Indian cinema has taken a turn where directors seem to drive through romance or comedy. Amid this Drishyam visualises the part we were missing from past few days. An intense thriller from our industry!

The plot is old but refreshing stars like Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran and Tabu have come up with all reasons to make it a must watch.

Here are 10 points that unfolds the insiders of the film.

1: The film is a remake of Malyalam movie with same name. This is the fourth edition; last one had featured Kamal Hassan in the lead role.

2: Featuring how mind is not binded with the strings attached to books, it tells even a fourth class fail man can give nightmares with his brilliant mind and skills.

3: Also depicts how bond of a family can survive severe difficulties of life.

4: Ajay Devgn plays the character of a cable operator and has been learning things via movies.

5: The story revolves around a murder mystery of IG (character played by Tabu) Meera Deshmukh’s son, whose prime suspect is none other than Salgaonkar family.

6: Tanushree Dutta’s sister Ishita Dutta is also making her debut with the movie. At some points she seems to be a matured actor but overall her acts stand in the category of average.

7: First half runs slow as the base of the story is build but by the climax or second half precisely it picks up and comes out as an full time thriller.

8: Rajat Kapoor’s character stays on the back seat as the actor didn’t get much to show off his caliber.

9: Corrupt police man and his revenge grieve is also well gelled with the story.

10: Final Words: It is not a masala entertainer nor an eye grabbing package, instead Drishyam is a hard core intense thriller which will not leave you disappointed.
