New Delhi : Azad Samaj Party chief and Dalit leader Chandrashekhar Azad on Friday addressing the media at Press Club of India, New Delhi, he said, " his party will contest all 272 seats in MCD Elections to be held in 2022. He said Delhities have seen enough of mismanagement of civic affairs in Delhi."

Just before the Delhi Municipal Corporation elections, former senior leader of Aam Aadmi Party Naren Bhiku Ram Jain officially joined Azad Samaj Party (Kashiram). After receiving the primary membership of the party , Naren Bhiku Ram Jain was also appointed as the Delhi State Election Incharge for the 2022 Delhi.

"Our party will give tough competition to BJP and Aam Aadmi Party in the municipal elections. There will be a new dawn in Delhi again," said Azad.

"I come from a Jain family, and the Jain family only talks about equality. We will firmly contest all the 272 seats of MCD and the BJP's failures to capture the Delhi Municipal Corporation for 15 years. The way in which the Delhi Corporation is facing corruption, water problem, electricity problem, roads problem under BJP and Arvind Kejriwal's rule, people have become upset due to it. So now dislodge these people from power. We will work for the underprivileged, by becoming the voice of the downtrodden," said, Shri Naren Bhiku Ram Jain.
