Another Pradyuman Thakur? Class 1 boy stabbed by senior girl in Lucknow school
Lucknow : A six-year-old boy from Class 1 was allegedly attacked by a Class 6 girl with knife at a school toilet in Lucknow, a case similar to the murder of a seven-year-old at Gurgaon's Ryan International School.
The boy survived the attack but was left with deep wounds and cuts on chest and stomach. The parents have alleged that the girl attacked him in the toilet of Brightland School on Tuesday morning. The cops are now searching the accused girl.
"I was informed by the school that my son is injured. He has been attacked with knife by a girl," said the boy's father.
The cops have not confirmed involvement of the girl in the case as they are yet to identify the attacker and establish that it was a student.
School authorities suspect that the attack has been conducted under the influence of 'Blue Whale Game', which involves a set of violent tasks that end in suicide.
The director of the school, Veena Vyas, said, "I am taking all the precautions in view of Ryan International school case. We are also looking at whether it is due to the deadly game 'Blue Whale Challenge'."
CCTV footage from approximately 70 cameras are being checked to learn the attack.
