After the incident came to light, the local police have issued a notice to the victim, summoning him to the police station. The notice asked victim to be present at the local station on the 12th at 12:30 PM to provide details of the entire matter.

Interestingly, the victim revealed that he received a WhatsApp message from the police asking him to appear at the station on the evening of August 11th at 5 PM. The surprising aspect is that the message was sent to the victim at 5:36 PM on the same day.

The victim has filed a case against both the MLA and the police officer, but now he has started receiving life threats from unknown people. He urged that all the accused are individuals of powerful background and that the actions against him are because they want to take revenge from him.

Following the press conference held in Delhi on August 10th, the victim's health deteriorated, leading to his admission to a private hospital in Jaipur. Doctors have treated him for high blood pressure concerns.

The victim disclosed that despite his efforts to register a case against the accused, the police did not take action. Even after appealing to senior police officials, the case was not filed. Consequently, he sought help from the court, resulting in a case being registered on July 27th at the Jamwa Ramgarh police station.

In response to the victim's complaint, the police have registered a case against four individuals, including the Congress MLA and Deputy SP.
