Kaifiyat Express derailment: Five questions Indian Railways need to answer

Auraiyaa : Engine and five coaches of Kaifiyat Express derailed near Auraiyya district of Uttar Pradesh, injuring more than 50 passengers, police said on Wednesday.

The accident comes within five days of a major Utkal Express train accident in Khatauli that killed over 25 people and left hundreds injured.

2: How did dumper come on the track when there was no legal crossing?

3: Has no lesson been learned from the Utkal Express accident?
