Teen girl raped inside cinema hall showing 'Padmaavat' in Hyderabad

Secunderabad : A 19-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her Facebook friend inside a movie theatre in Secunderabad on January 29 (Monday), they had gone to watch 'Padmaavat'.
The cops have arrested the accused man and also initiated an action against the cinema hall owner.
The accused man has been identified as 23-year-old Kandakatla Bikshapathi who drives JCB by profession. In the complaint it has been mentioned that the girl came in touch with the accused two months back via social media platform Facebook.
According to a report in The New Indian Express, the duo went to Prashanth theatre to watch ‘Padmaavat’ movie. “While the girl was watching the movie, the accused assaulted her. The girl went home and informed about it to her parents,” the police was quoted as saying.

A similar incident was reported from Meerut (Uttar Pradesh) where a 16-year-old girl was gangraped in a movie theatre two months back. Two person were arrested in the matter.
