Two patients in Noida readmitted after coronavirus clean chit from hospital

Noida : Two of the patients in Noida were given a clean chit from a hospital after their two consecutive coronavirus tests came negative. While their third sample taken has turned positive and they are readmitted to the hospital.

A detailed report of the matter will be sent to the Centre after an investigation by the doctors.

Gautam Buddh Nagar district, of which Noida is a part, has registered highest number of coronavirus cases till date in the state.

So far 483 coronavirus cases have been registered and five people have died of the virus.

Several areas in Gautam Buddh Nagar and in other parts of Uttar Pradesh have been sealed till April 15 after they were found to be coronavirus hotspots.

The overall COVID-19 cases in the country crossed the 9,000-mark, with 308 deaths, according to the latest data from the Union Health Ministry.
