Uttar Pradesh government ends night curfew as coronavirus cases subside

Lucknow : The Uttar Pradesh government has issued a new order ending night curfew in the state as the total number of coronavirus cases subsided.

The new order comes to effect from tonight.

The night curfew was announced in the state after the number of coronavirus cases surged in the nation due to omicron strain of the virus.

India reported around 22,270 coronavirus cases in the nation on Friday; 14.1 per cent less than previous day.
