1. Kadha is a mixture of herbs and spices which is known to provide relief to our body. It includes cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, mint, ginger, holy basil and more such ingredients which have medicinal properties. 2. A mixture of honey, black pepper and ginger can provide relief from the major symptoms of cold and flu. 3. Turmeric Milk is the best and the oldest home remedy to treat health problems.
