This home remedy has been used to treat cough, cold, flu and fever for ages. This remedy contains some very simple and easily available ingredients which can maintain our health and build our immunity. Take some clove, crushed black pepper or black pepper powder, ginger, tulsi leaves, cinnamon, giloy, ashwagandha powder and roast all of them in a pan. Now add 2 to 3 glasses of water and bring it to a boil. Strain this mixture and pour it in a glass or a cup and keep sipping on it.

There's nothing better than a glass of warm milk with some turmeric in it. Turmeric is known for its medicinal properties as well as its antiviral, antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antibiotic properties.
