Sexual health: Tips to become more sexually active

New Delhi : When it comes to love and affection between husband and wife, sexual health has important role to play. But sometimes, the desires and needs come across some difficulties in the moments which is spent together. Certain disorders affect the ability to have or enjoy sex and as such the unseen distance increases in a relationship. 

What happens when sexual health is not good?

The desire for sex varies from person to person. While some people get ready in a short while, other may take time to involve fully in the pleasure game. The desire is often high in the initial years and gradually lowers with the passing years. Sex is fun for some people while a few may take it as a duty to satisfy the partner. Sometimes, because of the sexual health problem of one, the opposite partner feels bad or lonely if the lusting desire is not fulfilled. In such cases, both man and woman can suffer from illness like

So, how to keep sexual health active?

If you are sexually active and your partner is not, then do not worry and find some possible routes. Talk to partner and go for sexual health check-up. Try to convince your partner generously. Don’t hype your temper nor create chaos in a relationship. Take some time to settle down the problem, if any.

Stay active by performing exercises regularly. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables like onions, garlic, bananas, chillies, peppers etc. Include egg in your diet to balance hormone levels

Do not take stress or give tension as it may trigger bad habits such as smoking or alcohol consumption, which can harm your sexual performance.

Pay special attention to your partner’s desires other than sex. Show care, love and attention to built a strong relationship.

In case of sexual health disorder such as erectile dysfunction, Peyronie disease or other disorders, seed medical help without hesitation.
