New Delhi : One of the most beautiful actresses in Bollywood, Bhagyashree is known for her fitness and travel goals. She often shares her nutritious tide on her social media page. In a latest, she has talked about the benefit of eating the most versatile and delicious Indian kitchen staple - green beans.

In the video, Bhagyashree can be seen talking about the locality count. No fat in negligible sugar in the green beans. She says, "it is a fantastic when you are trying to lose fat from your waistline." She added that one cup of green beans has "magnesium (preserves heart health), potassium, fibre (supports heart health by lowering blood pressure and reducing inflammation), approx 2 grams of protein, and vitamins A, C, K, and folate."

Ingredients

*Oil

*1 teaspoon of cumin (jeera)

*1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)

*A pinch of asafoetida (hing)

*2 chopped green chillies

*Salt to taste

*1 teaspoon of sugar

*1 teaspoon of coriander powder

*1 teaspoon of red Chilli powder

*Grated coconut

*300g of chopped beans

Method

*Heat some oil in a pan.

*Add jeera, hing, and ajwain to the pan. Sauté for a minute.

*Add green chillis to it and sauté for another minute.

*Now, add green beans to the pan and let it cook on an open flame.

*Stir all the ingredients well. Add salt and sugar to the pan so that the beans become moist and they can cook on their own and maintain their green colour.

*Once the beans are cooked about 80 per cent, add coriander powder and red chilli powder, and mix everything well.

*Finish it with grated coconut powder and serve hot.
