Delhi zoo to reopen from March 1, tickets available online

New Delhi : The Delhi National Zoological Park will be reopened from March 1, 2022 onwards with an online ticketing system.

It was closed in January first week due to rising cases of coronavirus in the national capital.

On Wednesday, Delhi reported 583 new coronavirus cases with a positivity rate of 1.05 per cent. Three deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours in the national capital.

Things are getting back to normalcy as the number of new coronavirus cases have subsidized drastically, allowing relaxations by authorities to open public places like parks, zoos, markets and gyms.

Meanwhile, people are advised to adhere to coronavirus appropriate behavior like using masks in public places and maintaining social distancing.
