New Delhi : Team India will be facing South Africa for their 3rd ODI international at Arun Jaitley stadium in New Delhi, but it is likely that the rain will be playing a spoilsport as weather in the national capital is unpredictable on Monday.

Meanwhile, scattered rains have been predicted in the first half of Tuesday and then clear skies for the day. The pitch is likely to benefit the fast bowlers as there will be a lot of moisture on the ground due to continuous rains in Delhi over the weekend.

Both teams have won 1 game in the three match series and the winner side at Delhi will take the trophy.

The game is crucial for South Africa as their win in the game will give them a direct ticket to the ODI World Cup in India next year. A narrow win in Lucknow gave them the vital ten points, but a loss in Ranchi, with dew hampering them in defence of 278, gave them a setback on the quest for direct qualification.

Currently, South Africa is on the 11th spot of the Super League Points table and would be looking forward to end the series with a win before they head to Australia to take part in Men T20 World Cup.
