The fans were allowed to witness the full squad practice of Royal Challengers Bangalore players, which is one of the first kind initiatives.

To a surprise, fans were also greeted with 2 cricketers who are now a part of RCB folklore – Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers.

Chris Gayle spoke about his experience and thanked both RCB and fans for inducting him into the Hall of Fame. He said that he has a lot of fun memories of playing at the Chinnaswamy Cricket Stadium for RCB. For him, it is like a homecoming and a delight to reconnect with the team players and the fans.

AB de Villiers called it a touching gesture by RCB to induct him into the Hall of Fame. He said that the team has a very special place in his heart.

Royal Challengers Bangalore will be playing the first Indian Premier League 2023 season match against Mumbai Indian at their home arena, M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore.
