Delhi : The iQOO 11, iQOO's newest flagship phone, has been formally revealed in India. This is also the first smartphone using Qualcomm's most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC to make its national debut, with 8/16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0-based storage. Starting on January 13th, the smartphone will be offered for sale for a starting price of Rs 59,999 on Amazon and iQOO.com. Only there will it be accessible.

A matte glass finish and a BMW M Motorsport series strip on the back distinguish the Legend edition of the iQOO 11, one of two varieties that will be available. The finish of the Alpha variant is leather. Both models, which also have metal frames, share the USB Type-C port, two speakers, and IR blaster with a universal remote control option.

iQOO 11: Specifications and features

The iQOO 11 has a huge 6.78-inch, QHD+, 144Hz, and 10-bit colour depth AMOLED display. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus and has a 16MP selfie camera that is tucked away in a tiny punch hole at the top. The flat display includes an optical fingerprint sensor as well, similar to those seen in iPhones.

Internal storage for the smartphone is 256GB, while the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC features 8/16GB of RAM. FunTouchOS 13 is already pre-installed on top of Android 13 OS on the phone. Even though it doesn't have a microSD card slot, the smartphone includes two nano SIM slots that support a 5G network.

A 50MPM primary camera, a 13MP telephoto or portrait lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens are the three cameras that make up the smartphone's triple camera setup on the back. The smartphone has capabilities like as moon mode, night mode, and more, and it can record videos up to 8K resolution at 30FPS.

The smartphone has a 5,000 mAh battery that enables 120W quick charging, allowing for a 50% battery recharge in under 8 minutes. All current wireless standards are also supported by the phone, including Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.3. However, the product lacks IP rating and wireless charging.

In the coming weeks, it's possible that additional smartphones using the same processor as the OnePlus 11 may be released. The first smartphone to be released in India using a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC is the iQOO 11.
