Delhi : Vivo a manufacturer of smartphones, said on Monday that it is releasing the Y56 in a new edition with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. The new edition has a price of Rs 16,999.

Vivo Y56 price and specification

The smartphone had 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage when it was first introduced in February of this year. The cost of this variation is Rs 18,999. The device's other specs stay the same. It has an octa-core, 5.8-inch FHD+ LCD display and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. A 5,000mAh battery within the gadget enables 18W charging speed.

The Vivo smartphone has a microSD card slot that allows you to increase the storage by up to 1 TB and 8GB of expanded virtual RAM. Additionally, it features an IP54 rating for water and dust protection.

The vivo Y56 has a dual camera layout on the rear with a 50MP primary lens and a 2MP depth sensor, which enables a bokeh effect or blurred backdrop in portrait photographs. For selfies and video calls, the 16MP front-facing camera is included.

The vivo Y56 is offered in the colors Black Engine and Orange Shimmer and is accessible through all significant retail channels, both online and offline.

The smartphone will first operate on Funtouch OS 13, a vivo skin built on Android 13.
