Delhi : The price of the iQOO Z7 5G in India was announced on Friday, ahead of the phone's formal debut on March 21st. The device, which is the iQOO Z6 5G's replacement, comes with some noticeable hardware upgrades. The MediaTek Dimensity 930, Android 13 OS, compatibility for 44W fast charging, and a 90Hz AMOLED display are some of the iQOO Z7 5G's key features. A waterdrop notch is present on the front of the phone to house the selfie camera, although this design decision gives the device a somewhat archaic appearance.
Price and release information for the iQOO Z7 5G
The cost of the iQOO Z7 5G is Rs 18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model and Rs 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant in India. The phone is available on Amazon starting on March 21 at 12 PM IST and comes in Blue and Black. As part of the launch promotion, iQOO is giving customers who pay using ICICI and HDFC debit or credit cards a flat Rs 1,500 instant discount, no-cost EMI, and complimentary colour earbuds.
In contrast, the current price of the 4GB + 128GB edition of the iQOO Z6 5G is Rs 14,499.

The newest 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 930 SoC and the brand-new IMG BXM-8-256 GPU power the iQOO Z7 5G. The chipset should perform better than the current Dimensity 920 SoC. The phone comes pre-installed with Android 13 OS, and the manufacturer promises two Android OS upgrades and three years of security patches. A respectable 4,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support is present. The iQOO Z6 5G, in contrast, has a charging speed of 18W.
The 6.38-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen on the iQOO Z7 5G features a 90Hz refresh rate, a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera, a maximum brightness of 1300 nits, a touch sampling rate of 360 Hz, and an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Given that the iQOO Z6 5G comes with an IPS LCD screen, this is an improvement. Dual SIM 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C connector are available as connectivity choices.
In terms of optics, the iQOO Z7 5G boasts two cameras on the back: a 2MP secondary sensor and a 64MP ISOCELL GW3 primary sensor that is supported by OIS and LED lighting. For selfies and video calls, the front camera has a 16MP sensor.
