A one-way broadcast system called WhatsApp Channels gives users a private way to get updates from people and organizations that are important to them within WhatsApp. WhatsApp wants to build the most exclusive broadcasting service on the market with Channels.

Going to the "Updates" menu on a smartphone will allow users to locate and access channels. Users can find a channel they want to follow or create their own channels on this tab, which is integrated with the status tab. In a channel post, users can only interact with emojis and view the overall number of reactions. No user can see how another user has responded to a post because the reactions are private, preserving complete anonymity.
