Twitter changes its share button with WhatsApp icon for some users

New Delhi : In a new testing, Twitter has changed its share button to WhatsApp icon for some users in India. This does not allow direct sharing of tweets to Whatsapp, instead the same sharing options popup.

"Some of you might see a WhatsApp Share icon and if you do, let us know what you think," Twitter said on Thursday.

Twitter always changes and updates its looks to stay up to the recent technologies. The company has clarified that the new update is in the testing phase and with this it has been updated on a set of users.

A few days back, Twitter had started testing its highly-requested 'edit tweet' feature. The new feature is currently undergoing internal testing.
