At 4 PM on Sunday, WhatsApp stopped working for a couple of minutes and within an hour all the services were resumed back to normal. The region which were most affected includes India, Brazil, and parts of the Middle-East including UAE.
However, the things got sorted and the app is working fine now. The problem was across the globe and now everything is fine.
