PM Imran Khan trolled for hailing Pakistani cricket players in the US

Washington : Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is on his maiden visit to the US and the trip is turning into a big disaster for both him and his country.
Firstly, he was disrespected with no American official coming to receive him at the airport. Then his statement on Pakistan's cricket talent has left fans red-faced.
Addressing a crowd, Imran Khan claimed that he has travelled around the world and feels that Pakistan has the most talent in cricket. He feels Pakistan players do not succeed because there is no merit in the system and hence talent cannot be raised and grown for the next level. Imran feels this is the reason why Pakistan cricket is not doing well.
“I have played cricket all around the world and I have seen the most cricketing talent in Pakistan. But because there is no system of merit, we can’t bring that talent up. This is why we are not dominating the world because there is no meritocracy,” he said.
Fans blasted his comments on social media. Read some below:

Imran has been the PM over 1 year, his man is PCB chairman. What the fuk he has done if he is barking same old container song when everything in his hand? Australia A was the 2nd best team in the world in the 90s after Australia. Only Aussies can claim the most cricketing talent.
