New Delhi : After attending the COP26 Summit in Glasgow, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted Indian diaspora and even played drums with the people, who had gathered to say bye to the PM before he boarded flight to India.

As PM Narendra Modi was departing for the airport, he was greeted by the sound of rhythmic drumming and enthusiastic cheers. He shook hands with some and then went along to play drums with the drummers who had come there.

PM Modi also interacted with several families in the crowd, affectionately patting some of the children on the head and reaching out to shake hands with some of the younger kids in the group.



During his two-day visit to Glasgow, Prime Minister Modi surprised many with hi announcement of India’s target to reach zero emission by 2070. And achieve 50% of it in the next 10 years.

He also held several bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the COP26 Summit with his counterparts from the UK, Israel, Nepal, Italy, and France, among others, during his stay.
