Smog attack: White Bullet trains turn brown during journey

Beijing : Gleaming white bullet trains turned brown while travelling through smog-hit areas in Beijing, the incident came into light after some travellers shared photos of the train on social media, which are now going viral.

Reason why the train changed its color is a thick layer of smog that has engulfed Beijing and 71 other cities in last five days.

As per the latest weather alert by the national observatory, heavy smog will persist in parts of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, Hubei, Jiangxi and Hunan till tomorrow.

The department has also warned for dense fog in several parts of the nation, including low visibility upto 50 meters in several parts.
