Bana missing girl

Los Angeles : The young Syrian girl who used to daily update her Twitter account informing about the bombings in Aleppo has suddenly gone very quite.

Her name is Bana Alabed whose Twitter account disappeared yesterday without explanation.

The followers fear that something has happened to the seven-year-old, who spent months keeping people updated with the bombing of Aleppo, after she vanished from social media.

As per reports, her last tweet read: “We are sure the army is capturing us now. We will see each other another day dear world. Bye.’

In the evening girl’s mother Fatemah tweeted ‘every minute feels like death. Under attack. Nowhere to go, every minute feels like death. Pray for us. Goodbye – Fatemah #Aleppo.’

The girl was tweeting about her life in Aleppo since September and her last tweet has been shared 1,200 times and is the last communication from the family.

She has currently more than 202,000 people following her who are really concerned about her.

Her account was created by mother Fatemah and she reported regularly about the life in the rebel controlled east of the city by sharing videos in which the sounds of bombs exploding could be clearly heard.

Newsheads really hope that this girl is safe and sound.
