Infosys CEO Salil Parekh gets massive salary hike

New Delhi : IT company Infosys has announced a massive salary hike for its CEO Salil Parekh for his unmatched leadership that helped company grow by many folds.

Mr Salil Parekh's salary has been increased by 43 per cent from Rs 49 crores to Rs 71.02 crores per annum. The hike in his salary has been announced after his term was increased by another five years.

The company released its annual report on Thursday, announcing the new tenure for Mr Salil Parekh and the salary hike. His new tenure will be from July 1, 2022 to March 31, 2027.

Salil Parekh has an incredible experience of about 30 years in IT industry; he joined hands with Infosys in 2018, before this he was a part of Capgemini for about 25 years.
