India reports 67,208 new coronavirus cases, 2330 deaths

New Delhi : India on Thursday added 67,208 new coronavirus cases, taking the total tally of the cases to 2,97,00,313 in the nation. Over 2,300 people lost their lives in the last 24 hours.

The good news remains that more than 1,03,000 people recovered from coronavirus in the same amount of time and were discharged from the hospital, taking the total number of discharged people to 2,97,00,313.

With this the total number of active coronavirus cases in India stands at 8,26,740, lowest in last 71 days.

Meanwhile, with new vaccination moves and changes a total of 26,55,19,251 people have been vaccinated till date with at least first dose of vaccine.

The death toll stands at 3,81,903, including latest deaths on Thursday.
