New Delhi : The world is still reeling with a global pandemic since the outbreak of coronavirus in Wuhan, China. This virus went on to spread across the globe to numerous nations and has claimed a large number of lives. This virus has an incubation period of about 14 days and that is what makes it even more deadly. Most nations are working hard to control and contain COVID-19 while the researchers and scientists across the world are working day and night and putting their sweat and blood into finding a vaccine or a cure for this strain of coronavirus. All the Indian companies are also working hard to find a cure or a vaccine and after the recent antiviral drug, FabiFlu which was launched on Friday (19/06/2020) by Glenmark, another Indian company has launched a medicine which is believed to be the "cure" for coronavirus.

Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Ayurveda Limited has launched a corona kit which contains an Ayurvedic drug, Coronil and Swasari, which is supposedly a cure for the deadly COVID-19. Along with the other companies, Patanjali also obtained the approvals from the competent authorities to conduct research and clinical trials for this cure. Patanjali, along with the National Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS) Jaipur, came up with this cure after thorough research and clinical trials.

The company claims that this medicine can cure 69% patients within 3 to 4 days and the 100% patients within 7 days. While this medicine has not been supported by any evidence or research from any other independent medical body up until now. This medicine can help build immunity and help coronavirus infected patients recover. This corona kit is priced at Rs. 545/- and will be available in all Patanjali stores within one week. The company claims that the kit contains medicine for up to 30 days and it will be provided to the people below the poverty line for free. They also plan on launching an app for the delivery of the said medicine in the near future. While the most brilliant minds across the world are struggling to find a cure, Patanjali claims to be the first one to launch an Ayurvedic cure. We don't know about the authenticity of this medication but we are sure to find out soon enough.
