1: Lack of sleep - It is important to take a sound sleep of at least six hours. According to The Journal of Sexual Medicine, inadequate sleep has a negative impact on your sex drive.

2: Intensive workout - Doing workout is good for health but only when it is done under a limit. Extensive workout puts a negative impact on your human body needs. A study published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise revealed that heavy training induces lower levels of testosterone a hormone associated with libido. 

3: Stress - Do not worry about anything as it affects your hormones and kills desire to have sex. Whether it is stress at work or family fights, stress will kill your mood for sex and suppress testosterone.

4: Dehydration - It is advised that you should keep your body hydrated enough or it decreases your desire to have sex. Experts argue that dehydration leads to vaginal dryness making sex painful and also achieving an orgasm becomes harder.

5: Less calorie intake - Do you know it is very important to take enough calories as more energy is needed while making love with your partner. Fewer calories will diminish your desire to go in bed with the partner.
